Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before booking a performance (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment Terms
Bookings require a 50% up front deposit to secure the date. Final payment is due 30 days from the date of performance. Accepted payment methods include check, ACH bank transfer, and online payment services such as PayPal. Payments not received within 2 days of the due date will incur a 10% late fee on the outstanding balance for each week balance is unpaid and an additional $50 per week may be applied until the full balance is paid. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to pursue legal action or refer the outstanding balance to a collections agency. Clients experiencing financial difficulties should communicate as soon as possible to discuss potential payment arrangements.​​

3. Performance & Event Requirements
Clients must provide a suitable performance area and electrical access. Adequate time for setup and soundcheck is required. It is understood by both parties that extreme weather conditions may impact outdoor performances and solution will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. It is the responsibility of the organizers of the event to provide all the necessary information required in order for the performance to proceed as agreed upon

4. Last Minute Bookings & Modifications
Echo Strummer makes every attempt to accommodate reasonable modifications to bookings regardless of the timeframe. Last minute bookings require a minimum of 24 hours to the event, pending availability and all other terms of service are met. Extreme circumstances causing less than 24 hour notice to booking may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Any bookings confirmed within 30 days to the event may be subject to last-minute booking premium pricing. Modifications to a current booking made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be subject to forfeit of the deposit. Refunds for cancellations made outside of 30 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit subject to our policy and discretion of Echo Strummer. Any non-refundable deposit made will not be returned (see below). Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We reserve the right to cancel in case of emergencies, with a full refund provided.

6. Non-Refundable Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The specific amount will be disclosed during the booking process. Please be advised that all non-refundable deposits are final and are only eligible for a 50% refund outside of the 30 day cancellation period.

7. No Show Policy
In the case where organizer(s) of the event is unable to provide the accurate and necessary information required to perform the service as agreed upon, resulting in a no-show, no refund will be provided.

8. Force Majeure
In the case of failure for the performance to take place as agreed upon due to any force majeure, neither party shall be liable for such failure. Echo Strummer will work with you to reschedule the performance, however, if rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the refundable deposit will be issued.

9. Liability & Responsibilities
We are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances. Clients must ensure a safe and secure environment for the performance. Inappropriate or unsafe conditions may result in performance termination without refund.

10. Intellectual Property
All recordings, photos, and videos taken of performances is the property of Echo Strummer. Clients may request to use any such recordings and are only permitted to use them with the expressed written consent of Echo Strummer.

11. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect and store necessary client information to process bookings. Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
