1. How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season dates, however, we take bookings all the way up to 30 days prior to the event.

2. Can we request specific songs for our wedding?
Absolutely! We love personalizing our performances to match your vision. Let us know your song choices as soon as possible, and we will do our best to incorporate them.

3. Do you provide your own sound equipment?
Yes! We come fully equipped with professional sound gear to ensure the best audio quality for your event. All we need is access to power. We are able to provide a microphone for speeches and toasts as well if it is needed.

4. What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor wedding?
If your wedding is outdoors, we highly recommend having a backup plan in case of rain or extreme weather. We will work with you to adjust accordingly.

5. How long do you typically perform at weddings?
Our standard wedding packages include ceremony and cocktail hour. We can customize sets based on your timeline.​

6. Do you work with wedding planners and officiants?
Of course! It is incredibly important that we work closely with wedding planners and officiants to ensure seamless timing and coordination throughout your wedding day. It's all about timing, and we like to stay in rhythm ;)
7. What genres of music do you specialize in?
We perform a wide variety of genres, including acoustic, pop, folk, jazz, and classic love songs. We can tailor our setlist to match your preferences.
8. Do you take song requests during the event?
Yes! If time allows, we’re happy to take live requests from guests and create a more interactive experience. We do recommend requesting from a song available on our song list so we can make sure to satisfy the ear-worm!

9. Can you travel to different locations for weddings?
Of course! We are available for destination weddings and out-of-town events. Travel and accommodation fees may apply.​​

10. How do we secure our date?
Once we have confirmed availability and the details of your special day, a member of the Echo Strummer team will send over the necessary paperwork to hold the date. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure the date.

11. Do you offer special pricing for smaller weddings or elopements?
Yes! We have intimate wedding packages perfect for smaller gatherings. Contact us for a customized quote.​​

12. What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will do our absolute best to accommodate a new date.
