1. How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak event seasons, however, we take normal bookings all the way up to 30 days prior to the event. Last-minute bookings are also available pending availability.

2. Can we customize the setlist to fit our company's branding or event theme?

Absolutely! We tailor our music selections to match your event’s theme, energy, and brand identity.

3. Do you handle sound setup and equipment, or do we need to provide it?

Yes! We come fully equipped with professional sound gear to ensure the best audio quality for your event. We also coordinate with your venue’s AV team if needed. All we need is access to power.

4. Do you provide background music for networking events?

Yes! We specialize in providing the perfect ambiance with soft, instrumental and vocal performances that allow for conversation.

5. Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Yes! We understand that circumstances may require short notice bookings. We love coming in last minute​ to provide the musical save. We honor anything up to 24 hours prior to the event. Give us a call as soon as possible!

6. How long do you typically perform at corporate events?

Our standard sets range from 20 minutes to 2 hours, and we can customize our performance duration to suit your event schedule.

7. What genres of music do you specialize in?

We perform a wide variety of genres, including acoustic, pop, folk, jazz, and classic timeless favorites. We can tailor our setlist to match your preferences.

 

8. Do you take song requests from attendees during the event?

We can take live requests if desired from our Song List, or we can stick to a pre-approved setlist for a more curated experience.

9. Can you travel to different locations for our event?

Of course! We are available for events across the globe. Travel and accommodation fees may apply.​

10. Can you provide music for different segments of the event, such as cocktail hour and dinner?

Yes! We can perform different styles of music for various portions of your event to enhance the overall experience.​​

11. What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will do our absolute best to accommodate a new date.

​

12. How do we secure our booking?

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to lock in your event date. The remaining balance is due after the performance.
